When a loved one is suddenly diagnosed with a terminal illness it puts things into perspective.

Do more of: love. Do less of: look at intrusive videos trying to sell things (ie now the entire internet).

Taking care of others. Taking care of yourself. Reflecting on what matters. Forgiving yourself when distraction and disassociation make themselves necessary.
